Kunle J. Adeboye is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Strategist with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG and Financial Services sectors. A pioneer staff of a PFA under the Contributory Pension Scheme; as Chief Marketing Officer, Kunle played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of various business strategies which helped transform and sustain two (2) Tier1 PFAs and a top 15 PFA. His experience and record have established him as a turnaround manager with a highly analytical mind and keen eyes for business growth and expansion opportunities. His experience in the pension industry since 2006, has imbued him with very strong finance and leadership skills.
Kunle has a B.A. English and Communications Art from the University of Ibadan, Executive MBA, with specialization in Strategic Business Management, from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK., along with diverse trainings and certifications. Kunle Adeboye is a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Management Consulting. Mr Adeboye is a Certified Management Consultant.
Head, Finance & Accounts
Omotayo Matthew Adedokun obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with second class upper division from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State in 2004 and M.Sc in Finance from the University of Lagos, Lagos.
Omotayo has over 11years relevant experience in banking and other financial services industry spanning Treasury, regulatory reporting, financial accounting, performance management and tax planning & management.
Omotayo brings his knowledge and experience to bear in Radix Pension Managers Ltd, having previously worked in Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd, Sterling Bank Plc and Unity Bank Plc. Omotayo is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of Institute Of Chartered Taxation Of Nigeria.
Omotayo is currently the Head of the Finance & Accounts Department of Radix Pension Managers Limited (formerly IGI Pension Managers Limited) where he is saddled with responsibility of managing the company’s finances including financial planning, management of financial risk, taxation and financial reporting.
Head, Human Resources and Admin
Odey Augustine is an HND Secretarial Studies (Information Technology) graduate of the Yaba College of Technology and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (AMCIPN). He is responsible for the oversight of Radix’s Human Resources, General Administration, Branch Expansion and Transformation.
An astute HR professional and an experienced Change Manager; over a period spanning 15 years, Augustine has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in human resources; initiating, developing and implementing HR and General Administrative Policies.
Prior to joining Radix Pension, Augustine was the Head, Admin & HR at Radix Capital Partners Limited, an independent and one-stop Investment Banking outfit in Lagos, Nigeria. During the 7 years he spent at Radix Capital Partners, in addition to the diversified investment spin-off experience gained, he worked as part of a team of professionals, acting as Reporting Administrator on numerous Public Issues, Financial Advisers on Privatisation and Commercialisation, Capital Restructuring and in-house Quality Control amongst other functions.
Augustine has the added responsibility over the transition and ombuds in Radix Pension Managers Ltd. He is presently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at the Lagos State University.
Head, Information Communication Technology
Prior to joining Radix Pension Managers Limited, Chidi Paschal Egbujor worked as Head, IT in Future Unity Glanvills Pensions Limited (FUG Pensions) now Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited, where he also served as the Management Representative responsible for the certification of the Company in ISO9001:2008. He also worked as Head, IT in First Guarantee Pensions Limited, a company he joined in 2006 as a pioneer staff. He was part of the team that implemented structures resulting in the issuance of the Company's operational license by the Commission (PENCOM). Aside his experience in pension management and administration, he has also worked as Head Engineer/Work Manager with a blue chip company, Chips, Bits and Bytes Computer Limited, where he supported Banks like Fountain Trust Bank, Omega Bank, Gateway Bank etc. Chidi started his working career as a Systems Engineer with Computer & Associated Products Limited, where he became proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Disaster Planning etc.
Chidi holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun State. He has over 22 years post-graduation experience and 12 years exposure in the pension industry. He is a member of Portfolio the Management Institute (Chartered), Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and Computer Society of Nigeria (CSN).
Company Secretary / Legal Adviser
Tolulope Akinduro is an adroit legal practitioner with over Eight (8) years post call experience in Litigation, Corporate law, Taxation and Company Secretarial administration. She holds a Second Class Honours degree in law from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo-State, and was conferred with the Bachelor of Laws (BL) Hons from the Nigerian Law School upon her call to the Nigerian Bar in 2011.
She worked for a number of years as a Senior Associate with the law firm of Taiwo Kupolati & Co, where she appeared at various Courts in Nigeria, Mediation and Arbitration Panels before leaving to join Radix Pension Managers Limited as the Compliance/Legal Officer. As the Compliance/Legal officer she was responsible for monitoring compliance with the company’s policies and all regulatory requirements. She is currently the Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser of Radix Pension Managers Limited.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators of Nigeria (APNM).
Head, Internal Control & Audit
Abiola Morakinyo is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Banker with over twelve years hands on experience in Internal Control & Audit, Information Systems Control, Compliance, Risk Management, Fraud & Policy infractions investigation and Banking Operations with proven success in monitoring controls, preventing losses, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, guidelines, laws and best practices across high-rated and reputable financial institutions. He has previously worked with Skye Bank Plc, BankPHB Plc (now Keystone Bank Ltd), and First Bank of Nigeria Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA (General Management) from the University of Ibadan and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife respectively. Also, he possesses HND in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and M.Sc (Banking & Finance) from the Benson Idahosa University, Benin city. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (AMNIMN).
He has undergone various trainings on Risk Management, Internal Control and Audit, Fraud Prevention, Detection, and Control; Credit Analysis and Processing, Operational Risk Management, Relationship Management, Personal Mastery, Financial Modelling, Customer Service, Agency Banking Systems, Branch Operations Management, Emotional Intelligence, Bank Products and Channels, Banking and Audit related computer applications such as FinnOne Suite, Equinox, Flexcube 6.2, Finacle 7.0 & 10, Temenos 24 (T24), FCUBS, Easy-to-Comply (E2C),and MKinsight.
He is an excellent team player and a highly motivated professional who pays due attention to details.
Prior to joining Radix Pension as Head, Internal Control & Audit, he was a Cluster Control Manager in the Internal Control Group of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.
