To open a Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) with our company, you need to download and complete an RSA account form, scan it and email it to us. Your form will be processed and a certificate of registration will be issued to you which will contain your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and your online login details. This usually takes about 48 hours after receiving your form.
You can also call our Customer Care Unit on (01) 2919689 and request for a Radix Pension Manager’s account opening package, forward completed forms together with a copy of approved means of identification i.e. international passport, driver’s license etc and passport photograph, to our Head Office, any of our business offices or service centers nationwide for processing.
